Ignore the letters, although Jorquimo’s Spark was sent vaguely in the direction of the uppermost W.
Everything but the lightest green is difficult terrain (move at half speed, can’t charge). Squares that are mostly tree are blocked (unless you climb the tree of course).
Moving diagonally costs you 5′ of movement for the first diagonal move in a turn, then 10′ for the second (or 10′, 20′ if difficult terrain).
Miles per hour when tracking
Here is my attempt at working out your average miles per hour when following tracks. If you make the DC by 5 or more you can move at full speed (hampered by the medium armoured people). If not, you move at half speed.

you should be able to edit this document to move people around (including during combat), add effects (like Jon’s explosions) and the like. Let me know if it doesn’t work. I’m working om the assumption you plan to keep within the boundaries of the compound. I’ll expand the map as and when it becomes necessary.
